    Abstract: PURPOSE: A white light LED(Light emitting diode) backlight unit using a quantum dot light conversion layer is provided to solve for degradation in light emitting efficiency by reducing half amplitude. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate and a diffusion sheet(200) changes a dot emitting light emitted by a light source(100) into a surface emitting light. A quantum dot light conversion layer(300) includes a quantum dot which reproduces colors by using the surface emitting light and is separated from the light source. A polarizing plate and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)(400) are located on an emission path which passes through the light conversion layer.

    Abstract: 본발명은양자점-희토류착물나노결정, 양자점-희토류착물나노결정의제조방법및 이를포함하는발광장치에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는희토류이온의특성발광을가지는희토류원소를포함하는착물을양자점에부착시킴으로써두 물질의광학적성질을동시에나타내는양자점-희토류착물나노결정에관한것이다. 본발명에의한양자점-희토류착물나노결정의제조방법은, 양자점과희토류착물을각각합성한후, 두물질을함께투입하여반응시키는비효율적인방법과는달리각각의전구체를함께혼합하여 1회반응공정만필요하기때문에, 제조방법이간단하고, 경제적이다. 본발명에따른양자점-희토류착물나노결정은 2족-6족에국한되지않고, 3족-5족등의다른반도체양자점에도응용될수 있다. 또한, 하나의나노입자에서가시광선전영역의다양한파장에서빛을내는것이가능하기때문에발광소자로응용될수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A nanocomposite comprises quantum dots combined from each other, and rare earth element complexes. The quantum dots are one or more selected from a group consisting of a family 12-16 compound, a family 13-15 compound, and a family 14-16 compound. The rare earth elements complexes comprise are earth materials combined each other, and ligand. The ligand is one or more selected from a group consisting of nitro, carbonato, nitrito, cyano, thiocyanato, isothiocyanato, hydroxo, aqua, ammine, carbonyl, and nitrosyl.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A synthesizing method of quantum dot of high efficiency is provided to prevent sudden degradation of luminous efficiency caused by ligand substitution method, and to convert ligand by only one solution injection, thereby providing simple and economic process. CONSTITUTION: A synthesizing method of quantum dot of high efficiency comprises: a step of synthesizing quantum dot under the presence of organic solvent of 100-350 °C; a step of adding X-Y-Z shaped ligand capable of being dispersed to organic solvent to the quantum dot; and a step of conducting reaction for 1-60 minutes at 100-350 °C. The quantum dot is one or more selected from a group consisting of a group 12-16 compound, a group 11-13-16 compound, a group 13-15 compound, and a group 14-16 compound.
