    Abstract: The present invention provides a kit for fluoroimmunoassay, comprising a solid support which is conjugated with a target molecule; and a detection reagent containing kringle domain variant with specific binding capacity to the target molecule and a fluorescent substance-conjugated material. Also, the present invention provides a method for diagnosing cancer using the conjugate by fluorescence-linked immunosorbent assay (FLISA). According to the present invention, the method is useful for effectively and cheaply diagnosing diseases and is more simple than an existing method using a kringle domain variant which is a non-antibody protein skeleton effectively binding to the target protein with high solubility and productivity instead of an antibody and the fluorescent substance-conjugated material.
