A green light-emitting phosphor is provided to improve the intensity at 254 nm and 365 nm which is a ultraviolet range, and to ensure excellent luminous efficiency and color embodiment capability. 본 발명은 형광체 및 백색 발광 다이오드에 관한 것으로써 구체적으로는 (Sr 1-yz M y N z ) 3-x SiO 5 :Ce 3+ x (x는 0 3+ 부활된 실리케이트계 형광체의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용한 발광 다이오드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 형광체는 기존의 InGaN-base 청색 발광 다이오드 및 GaN-based 장파장자외선 발광 다이오드에 의하여 여기되어 넓은 스펙트럼의 발광을 나타낸다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 형광체를 이용한 발광 다이오드는 넓은 파장의 스펙트럼을 가지고 색순도 면에서 우수한 성질을 보이며, 발광 다이오드 및 액정디스플레이의 후면광원에 적용될 때, 매우 높은 발광 효율을 나타낼 수 있다. 백색, 발광, 다이오드, Ce 부활 실리케이트계 형광체, 황색 형광체

A white light-emitting diode is provided to exhibit light-emitting spectrum of broad wavelength, color rendering index and optical properties and to be useful as light sources of various lighting devices. A white light-emitting diode including a light emitting material comprises a light emitting diode chip(100) emitting the light; and a luminescent material consisting of Ce^(3+)-doped silicate fluorescent substance(120) excited by the light emitting diode chip and CdSe-based quantum dot(130). The light emitting diode chip com comprises a blue light emitting diode or long wavelength UV light emitting diode.

A yellow light emitting Ce^3+-doped silicate phosphor composition is provided to allow highly efficient light emission using a blue light emitting diode as an exciting energy source and having a broader wavelength of light emitting spectrum. A yellow light emitting Ce^3+-doped silicate phosphor composition is represented by the formula of (Sr1-y-zMyNz)3-xSiO5:Ce3+x, wherein x is greater than 0 and is equal to or less than 1; y ranges from 0 to 1; M is an element selected from the alkaline earth metal elements in the Periodic Table; z ranges from 0 to 0.5; and N is an element selected from the alkali metal elements in the Periodic Table. The phosphor composition performs light emission in a wavelength range of 450-750 nm.

A white emission planar light source using a carbon nano tube, an anode, and a display device are provided to improve light emitting property of the light source by using ZnS:Ag,Cl and Y3Al5O12:Ce3+ fluorescent materials. A cathode of a planar light source includes a CNT(Carbon Nano Tube)(107), an additive(105), a frit glass(103), a grid(119), a grid electrode(117), a support mount(121), a conductive spacer(123), and a spacer(113). An ITO is coated on the glass substrate. The CNT is printed on the ITO. The additive distributes the CNT. The grid accelerates electrons, which are emitted from the light source. An anode of the CNT includes the ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), a blue fluorescent material, and a yellow fluorescent material. The blue and yellow fluorescent materials are printed on the ITO. A distance between the anode and cathode is maintained at a constant value by the spacer.
