Abstract: 본발명은구조규칙성탄소분자체물질, 이의제조방법및 이의용도에관한것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 (A) 분자체물질에탄수화물의수용액과산의혼합물을흡착시키거나고분자의전구체를포함하는유기물을흡착시키는단계; (B) 상기 (A)단계에서분자체기공내에흡착된흡착물들을건조및 중합시키는단계; (C) 상기 (B)단계에서형성된분자체물질과중합된흡착물의혼합물에다시추가의탄수화물의수용액과산의혼합물또는고분자의전구체를포함하는유기물을재흡착시켜건조및 중합시키는단계; (D) 상기 (C)단계에서의혼합물을열분해시켜탄소화시키는단계; 및 (E) 상기 (D)단계에서의탄소화된혼합물에서분자체의무기물골격을불산또는수산화나트륨수용액으로제거시키는단계로제조된탄소분자체물질, 이의제조방법및 이의용도에관한것이다. 본발명에따른탄소분자체는균일한크기의기공과규칙적인구조를가지기때문에촉매, 흡착제, 담지체, 센서, 전극물질등으로많은응용이가능하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure-ordered carbon molecular sieve material using an inorganic molecular sieve material as a main form is prepared by a catalyst carbonization process. The carbon molecular sieve has monosized pores and a regular structure required for catalysts, absorbing materials, sensors, and electrode materials. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of carbon molecular sieve comprises the steps of: (i) adsorbing mixture of carbohydrate such as sucrose, xylose, or glucose and acid or organics containing polymer precursor such as furfuryl alcohol, aniline, acetylene, or propylene to a pore of molecular sieve material such as MCM-48, SBA-1, KIT-1, or MSU-1; (ii) drying and polymerizing in the range of 50-400 deg.C., in which the time required for elevating within the temperature range of drying/polymerization is 5 min to 24 hrs; (iii) re-adsorbing materials of (i) to the mixture of (ii), drying and polymerizing; (iv)carbonizing by thermal decomposition at 500-1200 deg.C for 1-12hrs., in which the time required for elevating within the temperature range of carbonization is 1 to 24 hrs; eliminating an inorganic form of the molecular sieve with HF or NaOH
