Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for estimating noise of a fan is provided to effectively estimate fan noise, achieve low noise when manufacturing a fan and verify the fan noise not by experiment but by reading data, thereby reducing manufacturing cost of the fan. CONSTITUTION: A method for estimation noise of a fan includes the steps of reading flow filed of fan from input operational condition and shape of the fan by using a vortex method by an hour in consideration of rotation of the fan(101,102), obtaining a noise source value of an industrial fan by using force data of a same time period unit among the read flow fields of the fan(103), and estimating the noise of the fan(104).
Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种用于估计风扇噪声的方法,以有效地估计风扇噪声,制造风扇时获得低噪音,不通过实验验证风扇噪声,而是通过读取数据,从而降低风扇的制造成本。 一种用于估计风扇噪声的方法包括以下步骤:考虑到风扇(101,102)的旋转,通过使用涡流法一小时从输入操作状态和风扇的形状读取风扇的流场,获得噪声 通过使用风扇(103)的读取流场中的相同时间段单位的力数据,并估计风扇(104)的噪声,来确定工业风扇的源值。
