Abstract: PURPOSE: An X-ray tomography system and a method thereof are provided to effectively achieve sparse view imaging without converting power of an X-ray tube by using a multi-slit collimator. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray generation source (100) irradiates an object (10) with an X-ray. A collimator (200) is arranged between the X-ray generation source and the object. The collimator cuts off a part of the X-ray which is radiated from the X-ray generation source. The collimator vibrates according to a fixed cycle. An X-ray detector (300) detects the penetration image of the X-ray which passes through the collimator. A control device uses a compression sensing based repetitive algorithm to rebuild the penetration image of the X-ray.

Abstract: 본 발명은 실시간 투시영상(Real-time fluoroscopy) 촬영시 인체에 피폭되는 방사선량을 줄일 수 있는 투시영상장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 콜리메이터를 X선원과 투사체 사이에 두어 관심 외 영역에 조사되는 방사선량을 경감시키는 구조를 가지고, 콜리메이터가 관심 영역의 움직임을 서로 수직한 세 축(X, Y, Z)의 방향으로 자유로이 실시간으로 추적하여 따라 움직이도록 구성되며, 콜리메이터의 움직임에 의해 투시영상으로 얻어지는 이미지 내의 관심영역의 크기를 조절할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 관심영역 필터를 장착한 투시영상장치가 제공됨으로써, 투시영상 촬영시 인체에 피폭되는 방사선량을 줄일 수 있는 동시에, 피폭선량 감소에 따른 영상의 화질 저하를 최소화할 수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a fluoroscopy system that may decrease radiation dose exposed to a human body when capturing real-time fluoroscopy, and according to the present invention, the fluoroscopy system is equipped with a region of interest filter that has a structure that decreases radiation dose irradiated to out-of-region by placing a collimator between an X-ray source and a subject, is configured so that the collimator tracks the movement of the region of interest in real time freely in the X, Y and Z directions perpendicular to one another and moves according to the movement, and is configured to adjust the size of a region of interest in an image obtained from fluoroscopy by the movement of the collimator, so it is possible to decrease radiation dose exposed to a human body when capturing fluoroscopy and at the same time, it is possible to minimize a decrease in image quality caused by a decrease in exposure dose.
