Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electron-donor compound having a novel structure, a method for manufacturing the same, and a photoelectric film and a photoelectric device comprising the same. The electron-donor compound according to the present invention is displayed in a novel structure of increasing a number of alkyl groups substituted of polythiophenes and increases solubility for a conjugated polymer, thereby showing effects of improving optical properties, electrochemical properties, and crystallographic properties of a photoelectric film and a photoelectric device comprising the electron-donor compound.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Polyoctylphenylthiophene derivatives are provided to improve performance of a solar cell when used as a hole acceptor of a photoactive layer of a bulk double junction solar cell. CONSTITUTION: Polyoctylphenylthiophene derivatives are represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, m is 0-10, and n is 10-1000. A manufacturing method of the polyoctylphenylthiophene derivatives comprises a step of preparing 3-(4-n-octyl)phenylthiophene, a step of preparing halogenated 3-(4-n-octyl)phenylthiophene by substituting the 3-(4-n-octyl)phenylthiophene, and a step of manufacturing polyoctylphenylthiophene by polymerizing the halogenated 3-(4-n-octyl)phenylthiophene. In chemical formula 2, X1 and X2 is respectively halogen atom of one or more kinds selected from I, Br and Cl.
