Abstract: 본 발명은 위암 감수성 예측용 다형성 마커, 일배체형 마커 및 이를 이용한 위암 감수성 예측 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 위암 발생의 유전학적 감수성과 관련된 베르시칸 단백질 유전자의 다형성인 rs188703 및 rs160277 및 상기 유전변이로 구성된 일배체형 마커를 확인함으로써 위암의 위험성을 예측 및 분석하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polymorphism marker for predicting gastric cancer susceptibility and a method for predicting gastric cancer susceptibility are provided to predict and analyze risk of gastric cancer by confirming haplotype marker. CONSTITUTION: A kit for predicting gastric cancer susceptibility contains: a polynucleotide having 20-100 serial nucleic acid molecules with +301th base, G or A of rs1888703(sequence number 64), or complementary nucleic acid molecule thereof; a polynucleotide having 20-100 serial nucleic acid molecules with +301th base, G or T of rs160277(sequence number 65), or complementary nucleic acid molecule thereof; probe or primer pair which is able to detect gastric cancer-associated polymorphism site. A biochip for predicting gastric cancer susceptibility contains an antibody which specifically recognizes 10-30 serial polypeptide having 1826th amino acid, histidine of versican(VCAN), or 10-30 serial polypeptide having 2937th amino acid, tyrosine.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于预测胃癌易感性的多态性标记和预测胃癌易感性的方法，通过确定单倍型标记来预测和分析胃癌的风险。 构成：用于预测胃癌易感性的试剂盒包含：含有具有+ 301碱基的20-100个序列核酸分子，rs1888703的G或A（序列号64）或其互补核酸分子的多核苷酸; 具有具有+ 301碱基，rs160277的G或T（序列号65）的20-100个序列核酸分子或其互补核酸分子的多核苷酸; 探针或引物对，能够检测胃癌相关多态性位点。 用于预测胃癌易感性的生物芯片包含特异性识别具有第1826位氨基酸的10-30序列多肽，多核苷酸（VCAN）的组氨酸或具有第2937位氨基酸的10-30序列多肽酪氨酸的抗体。
