Abstract: 본 발명은 채널 할당 및 호 접속 방법에 관한 것으로 특히, 독립적으로 호 접속을 하는 채널들의 할당 우선 순위를 정하여 주어진 전체 트래픽을 수용할 때까지 우선 순위가 높은 채널부터 순차적으로 임의의 기지국에 할당하여 서비스 반경을 결정하며 동시에 채널의 종류별로 각기 다른 서비스 반경을 허용하여 트래픽의 분포가 불균등한 환경에서도 양질의 서비스를 제공하도록 함을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적의 본 발명은 사용 가능한 채널의 할당 우선 순위를 정한 후 가장 높은 우선 순위를 갖는 첫 번째 채널을 대상 지역 전체를 커버할 수 있는 최소한의 후보 기지국에 각기 할당하고 상기에서 할당된 첫 번째 채널로 수용이 불가능한 트래픽이 존재하면 대상 지역의 전체 또는 일부를 커버할 수 있도록 두 번째 채널을 할당하며 상기에서 첫 번째, 두 번째 채널을 할당하여도 주어진 트래픽을 수용 불가능한 경우 두 번째 채널 할당과 동일한 방식으로 세 번째 채널을 할당하는 과정을 주어진 트래픽이 수용될 때까지 다음 우선 순위의 채널을 할당하는 과정을 반복적으로 수행하여 서비스 반경을 결정하고 상기 방법에 의한 셀 구성에 있어서 우선 순위가 가장 높은 채널부터 순차적으로 호 접속을 시도하여 주어진 트래픽을 수용하도록 함을 특� �으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for allocating channels and connecting calls is provided to settle the allocation priority order of channels in order to allocate channels to an arbitrary base station in the order of high priority sequentially and to offer the service of high quality by allowing different service coverage according to the kinds of channels. CONSTITUTION: The allocation priority order of available channels(F1-Fn) are settled, and the first channel(F1) of the highest priority is allocated to a candidate base station which can cover the whole of a target area. If a traffic impossible for the first channel to accept exists, the second channel(F2) is allocated so as to cover the whole or part of the target area. In case that it is impossible to accept the given traffic even though the first channel(F1) and the second channel(F2) have been allocated, the third channel(F3) is allocated in the same manner as the allocation of the second channel(F2). If necessary, the next priority channels(F4-Fn) are allocated sequentially so that a service coverage can be determined, until the given traffic can be accepted.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用于分配信道和连接呼叫的方法，以解决信道的分配优先级顺序，以便按照高优先级顺序向任意基站分配信道，并通过允许不同的业务覆盖来提供高质量的业务 根据渠道的种类。 构成：确定可用频道（F1-Fn）的分配优先顺序，将最高优先级的第一频道（F1）分配给可覆盖整个目标区域的候选基站。 如果第一频道接受不可行，则分配第二频道（F2）以覆盖目标区域的全部或部分。 在即使分配了第一信道（F1）和第二信道（F2）也不可能接受给定业务的情况下，以与分配第二信道相同的方式分配第三信道（F3） F2）。 如果需要，顺序地分配下一个优先级信道（F4-Fn），使得可以确定服务覆盖，直到可以接受给定的业务。
