Abstract: Disclosed are an electrode catalyst for a fuel cell providing an excellent catalyst activity, a preparing method thereof, and a membrane electrode assembly and a fuel cell including the same. In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, an electrode catalyst for a fuel cell comprising catalyst particles having palladium (Pd), gallium (Ga), and cerium (Ce) is provided. The electrode catalyst for a fuel cell has excellent oxygen reduction activity thereby providing a low-cost and high-quality fuel cell by using the same.
