    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cold power generation system is provided to improve power efficiency as combustion gas or steam is used as a high-temperature heat source. CONSTITUTION: A cold power generation system(1000) comprises a rankine cycle device(100), first and second power generation units(300,500), a waste heat recovery device(400), and a condensation unit(600). The rankine cycle device performs cold power generation using high and low temperature heat sources(210,220). The electricity is generated while the first turbine(330) of the first power generation unit is operated with the LNG which is used as the low temperature heat source for the rankine cycle device. The waste heat recovery device generates steam with high temperature combustion gas passing through the first power generation unit. The second turbine(510) of the second power generation unit is operated by the steam generated from the waste heat recovery device. The condensation unit condenses the steam passing through the second power generation unit using seawater, and supplies the steam to the waste heat recovery device.
