Abstract: PURPOSE: A device type of a check card is provided to support education of pocket money management and a sense of economy by allowing the establishment of a pocket money plan and allowing the purchase of a desired product after saving money. CONSTITUTION: An IC chip(15) pays a payment through a contactless terminal in a main body. A magnetic card(16) pays the payment through the contactless terminal equipped in a card slot of the main body. A button unit(11) inputs the amount of money. A stamp input unit(12) inputs a stamp. An LED display unit(141) displays the amount of money corresponding to an operation of the button unit. A stamp display unit(142) displays a star type stamp corresponding to stamp input. A light display unit(143) emits various colors corresponding to the remaining money. A MICOM(13) controls the display unit corresponding to input of the button unit and the stamp input unit. A main body includes a card slot unit and a card slot button unit. The card slot unit stores the magnetic card. The card slot button unit takes out the magnetic card from the card slot unit.
