Abstract: PURPOSE: An orientation-independent electrical connection device using a guaranteed terminal matching, an electric charging device and a system using the same are provided to electrically contact with a plurality of terminals at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A circular charging part(100) and a receiving part(210) have the same circle center. The circular charging part and the receiving part include a plurality of terminals. A plurality of receiving part are formed on the surface of a charging platform(220). A power terminal is protruded to a predetermined height inside of the charging part.
