    Abstract: PURPOSE: A display panel and a manufacturing method thereof using an LED are provided to efficiently improve productivity with low costs by controlling current of micro-size red, green and blue LEDs manufactured on the same substrate. CONSTITUTION: A unit pixel(P) is formed such that each center of micro-size red, green and blue LEDs is separated to be arranged at each vertex of a triangle. The each unit pixel consists of one pixel set(S) by being respectively arranged to be spaced apart with a predetermined distance in the column direction with a triangle or an inverted triangle form and the plurality of pixel set s are arranged to be spaced apart in the row direction. Color being displayed in the substrate is controlled by controlling current of the red, green and blue LEDs prepared in the each unit pixel.
