Abstract: 본 발명은 전기 화학 반응 장치 및 전기 화학 반응 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 수증기 전기 분해를 통해 생성된 수소 및 열에너지를 이용하여 역수성 가스 전환 반응(reverse water gas shift reaction; RWGS)을 수행하여 이산화탄소를 일산화탄소로 전환시키는 전기 화학 반응 장치를 제공함과 동시에 혼합전도성 물질로 제공된 부재를 이용하여 순수한 수소를 획득할 수 있는 전기 화학 반응 장치 및 전기 화학 반응 방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrochemical reaction device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve reaction efficiency by impregnating a catalyst for a reverse water gas conversion reaction into pores. CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical reaction device includes a first reacting part and a second reacting part. The first reacting part receives vapor from outside and implements a reaction represented by reaction equation 1. The second reacting part is thermally connected with the first reacting part. The second reacting part receives carbon dioxide from outside and receives heat and hydrogen from the first reacting part and implements a reaction represented by reaction equation 2. The second reacting part is a metallic support, and the first reacting part is supported by the second reacting part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrochemical reactor and a method for an electrochemical reaction are provided to obtain pure hydrogen from a mixture generated from a reverse water shift reaction and carbon dioxide electrolysis. CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical reactor includes a tubular first reactor and a tubular second reactor. The second reactor is inserted into the first reactor. A hollow part is arranged in the second reactor. The first reactor includes a tubular hydrogen electrode(3), an electrolyte layer(2) formed on the outer side of the hydrogen electrode, and an oxygen electrode(1) formed on the outer side of the electrolyte layer. The second reactor includes a tubular porous support(12), a thin film part(11) on the outer side of the porous support, and a catalyst layer(10) on the outer side of the thin film part. The inner side of the first reactor and the outer side of the second reactor form a space part which is spatially separated from the hollow part.
