Abstract:
A boron-dipyrrin compound containing a thienyl is provided to identify by naked eye through variation of color and fluorescence intensity and remove a material which causes environmental pollution by copper ion and mercury ion. A boron-dipyrrin compound containing thienyl is denoted by the chemical formula (1):3-(R)-4,4-di(R)-8-(R)-4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene. In the chemical formula 1, R is 2-thienyl or 3-thienyl. A chemical sensor comprises a boron-dipyrrin compound containing thieny. The boron-dipyrrin compound has selectivity of color variation and fluorescence variation by reacting with metal ion. The metal ion is copper ion or mercury ion.
