Abstract: PURPOSE: A sound sensor is provided to avoid signal extermination caused by intensity noises and polarization. CONSTITUTION: A pulse passes through a connective light path of each sagnac loop clockwise. The pulse passes through a lower end sub-delay line(274), a lower end directional coupler(260), a main delay line(272) and a phase modulator(280) in order and then becomes the N number of pulses. The pulse reaches an input/output directional coupler(230). Herein, a pulse passing through each sensor head is gradually lengthened by upper and lower end sub-delay lines(276,274). Thus, the pulse reaches each input/output directional coupler(230) as late as corresponding time difference.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A branch electrode capacitive sensor is provided to prevent a linearity from being lowered when increasing a sense voltage and generate a balance force without using a feedback loop. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of movable branch electrodes(100) are extended from one of a plurality of movable electrodes(30-35), and a plurality of fixing branch electrodes(200) are extended from at least one of fixing electrodes(40-47). The movable branch electrodes are extended somewhat long in a right direction to a length direction of the movable electrodes and are spaced apart in a length direction of the movable electrode. The fixing branch electrodes are extended somewhat long in a right direction to a length direction of the fixing electrodes and are disposed between the movable branch electrodes, respectively. The movable branch electrode is partially overlapped with the fixing branch electrode.
