시각신경 회로장치가 제공되며, 트랜지스터를 전류원으로 이용하여 반응과 동일 크기의 전류를 생성하는 전류 미러(Current Mirror)부, 전류 미러부에서 생성된 전류를 입력받고, 트랜스컨덕턴스(Transconductance)를 이용하여 전압을 출력하는 트랜스컨덕턴스부, 및 트랜스컨덕턴스부에서 출력된 전압을 전류로 변환하여 버퍼링하는 버퍼부를 포함한다.

Provided is an RF-based voltage controlled attenuator which comprises an attenuation unit driving at least one transistor in a triode region and applying a part of current of input current corresponding an input signal to at least one transistor to attenuate a part of current of the input current; and an offset compensation unit comprising an offset unit removing nonlinear factors for voltage from a signal having a part of current attenuated, and a current mirror unit additionally copying and compensating current consumed for producing offset current flowing the offset unit.

PURPOSE: A neurovisual circuit apparatus, an object search method, and an object search system which uses the same are provided to implement a visual nerve circuit which is similar to human visual nerve by configuring a circuit which outputs the same voltage as the expressed voltage. CONSTITUTION: A neurovisual circuit device includes a converting unit(100), a weight applying unit(200), and a detecting unit(300). The converting unit converts an input image into a black and white image. The weight applying unit applies the weighted value to a pixel of the converted black and white image. A quality (Q) factor intensifying circuit is provided. The Q factor intensifying circuit includes a transconductance part which is connected to a resonance circuit and compensates a leakage current due to a resistance component generated from the resonance circuit based on the terminal voltage of the resonance circuit; and a current mirror part which prevents the backflow of currents by mirroring the output voltage of the transconductance part.

시각신경 회로장치 및 그 시각신경 회로장치를 이용한 객체 탐색방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 시각신경 회로장치는, 자극에 의한 시각피질에서의 뉴런의 시간에 따른 반응을 전압으로 표현하며, 표현된 전압과 동일한 전압을 출력하는 회로를 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
An RF filter system using a Q factor reinforcement circuit is provided. The RF filter system comprises the Q factor reinforcement circuit including; an RF filter which passes a fixed frequency band only; a trans-conductance unit which is connected to the RF filter and compensates a leakage current due to a resistance component generated in the RF filter based on a terminal voltage of the RF filter; a current mirror unit which prevents the reversal of current by mirroring an output voltage of the trans-conductance unit; and a buffer unit which prevent the reversal of voltage by buffering the output voltage which is fed back from an output terminal. At that time, a plurality of RF filters and a plurality of Q factor reinforcement circuits are included. The RF filter includes a standard RF filter and one or more control RF filters. The Q factor reinforcement circuits are connected to the standard RF filter and at least one control RF filter to be faced.

An optical nerve circuit device includes a current mirror unit generating a current of the same size as a response by using a transistor as a current source; a trans-conductance unit outputting a voltage by receiving the current generated in the current mirror unit and using a trans-conductance; and a buffering unit converting the voltage outputted in the trans-conductance unit into the current and buffering the same.
