    Abstract: PURPOSE: A liquefaction cycle device for natural gas using a mixed coolant and an operation method thereof are provided to replace an agitating process by a conventional Joule-Thomson expansion valve with a turbine expander. CONSTITUTION: A liquefaction cycle device for natural gas using a mixed coolant with a turbine expander includes the following: a compressor(100) transferring the mixed coolant through a pipe after producing the mixed coolant with high pressure; a fist and a second gas-liquid separators(310) separating the mixed coolant to gas and liquid; the turbine expander(500) changing the coolant on a overheated vapor state to the coolant in low temperature; and a plurality of heat exchangers(200,210,220,230,240) connected to the first, the second gas and liquid separators and the turbine expander.

    Abstract: A buffered rotary valve is provided to supply buffering pressure from a buffer to a refrigerating machine between high and low pressure supply from a compressor, thereby reducing unnecessary supply of working fluid. A buffered rotary valve includes a pressure vessel(110) formed with a high pressure port(111) and a low pressure port(112) in an outer surface to be connected to an inlet port and an outlet port of a compressor respectively, wherein a plurality of pulsation pressure ports(113) are formed at a lower part to be connected to with a refrigerating machine. A valve head(130) is connected to a driving motor(115) mounted in the pressure vessel to rotate by the driving motor. A valve seat(120) is formed at a lower end of the valve head for transferring high pressure and low pressure alternately according to the rotation of the valve head. A buffer(160) is mounted at an outer periphery of the valve seat for supplying buffering pressure to the refrigerating machine between the high pressure and the low pressure.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A probe equipped with a multiple expansion part for operating at extremely low temperature is provided to uniform the temperature of affected area at low temperature by controlling the opening amount of each valve combined with enc parts of a plurality of flowing paths. CONSTITUTION: The outer pipe of a probe(10) includes an inner hollow part. A plurality of flowing paths(20) includes an injection part(21) through which gas under room temperature and high pressure is introduced. The flowing paths are branched to the longitudinal direction of the outer pipe of the probe in order to form a plurality of paths. A plurality of valves(30) is formed at one end parts of the flowing paths. The gas is sprayed into the outer pipe of the probe through the valves.
