Abstract: PURPOSE: An electromagnetic bandgap pattern is provided to enable a security code using electromagnetic field characteristics and to produce security products comprising EBG pattern. CONSTITUTION: An EBG(Electromagnetic Band Gap) pattern(100) includes a nonconductor film(110) and a plurality of EBG pattern units(100a~100c). The EBG pattern unit is formed on the film by conductive substances. In the EBG pattern units, a plurality of closed loop pattern and a plurality of opened loop patterns are regularly arranged. The EBG pattern unit is consecutively arranged on the film in a band form.

Abstract: 본발명은친수성을가지는지료와골고루섞일수 있는보안사를제공하고, 이로인하여보안사와지료와의결합력이개선되며, 보안용지를만드는초지공정에서보안사가상기지료와잘 섞일수 있게되어보안사가지료내에서균일한분포를가지도록하는것을목적으로한다. 또한, 본발명은보안용지의지료와섞이는과정에서훼손되지아니하고, 그제조공정이단순하며착색품질이균일한보안사를제공하는것을목적으로한다. 이를위하여본 발명은제1 셀룰로오스섬유층과상기제1 셀룰로오스섬유층상에비가시광에의하여여기되어가시광선영역에서발광하거나적외선을흡수반사하는특징을가지는물질을한 가지이상형성시킨제1 인쇄층을포함하는보안사를제공하였다. 또한, 상기제1 인쇄층상부에제1 인쇄보호층및 제1 대전방지제층을더 형성시키고, 상기제1 셀룰로오스섬유층하부에제2 대전방지제층을더 형성시킬수 있게하였다. 본발명에따라보안사의지료용액속에서분산성이좋아지고지료와의결합력이향상되어, 최종생산되는보안용지의표면이매끄러워질수 있게된다. 또한, 보안용지의지료와섞이는과정에서발생할수 있는훼손이감소되고, 염색공정이단순하며, 대량제조시 그품질이균일한보안사를제공할수 있게된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of paper inserted water mark by using a fourdrinier paper machine is provided which is characterized by reducing production cost.
