Abstract: 본 발명은 사용자가 입력한 서지사항정보를 통해 특정 논문이 실제로 존재하고, 특정 종류의 논문에 해당하는지 학술대회나 학술지, SCI급, SCOPUS급 여부를 통해 확인할 수 있도록 하는 논문 서지사항정보 검증 관리 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 논문 서지사항정보 검증관리 시스템은, 사용자로부터 화면을 이용하여 논문 서지사항정보를 입력받으며, 상기 논문 서지사항정보에 대한 실제 논문 존재 여부, SCI급 여부, SCOPUS 여부를 포함하는 각종 검증 의뢰를 요청받는 사용자 인터페이스부; 상기 논문 서지사항정보에 대한 각종 검증 의뢰 요청에 따라 Open-API를 이용하여 논문정보조회 제공장치와의 연계를 처리하는 서지사항정보 연계처리부; 상기 논문 서지사항정보에 대한 각종 검증 의뢰 요청에 따라 상기 논문정보조회 제공장치로부터 대상 서지사항정보를 수집하여 관리하는 서지사항정보 수집관리부; 상기 사용자 인터페이스부를 통해 입력받은 상기 논문 서지사항정보를 이용하여 "서지사항 비교대상"으로 서지사항 비교가 가능한지를 확인하고, 비교키를 이용하여 상기 논문 서지사항정보와 상기 대상 서지사항정보가 일치하는지를 비교하여 서지사항이 일치하는 논문을 검증하며, 서지사항이 동일하면 비교키와 비교결과값을 검증정보로 생성하는 서지사항정보 자동검증부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and a method for verifying and managing thesis bibliographic information through which a specific thesis is identified through a symposium, an academic journal, an SCI level, and an SCOPUS level whether the specific thesis actually exists and corresponds to a specific type, through bibliographic information input by a user. The system for verifying and managing the thesis bibliographic information according to the present invention includes: a user interface unit for receiving the thesis bibliographic information from the user using a screen, and receiving requests for various verifications including the actual presence of a thesis on the thesis bibliographic information, an SCI level, and an SCOPUS level; a bibliographic information association processing unit for processing the association with a thesis information inquiry provision unit using Open-API according to various verification requests for the thesis bibliographic information; a bibliographic information collection management unit for collecting target bibliographic information from the thesis information inquiry provision unit and managing the target bibliographic information according to various requests for verifications; and a bibliographic information automatic verification unit for identifying whether bibliographic items can be compared with bibliographic comparison targets using the thesis bibliographic information inputted through the user interface unit, comparing the thesis bibliographic information with the target bibliographic information using a comparison key to verify a thesis whose bibliographic items coincide with the target bibliographic information, and creating the comparison key and the comparison result as verification information if the bibliographic items coincide with the target bibliographic information.
