Abstract: A reference linking service system based on an identifier of digital contents is provided to enable a user to see the linking information in homogeneous or heterogeneous information through a linking service promptly. A project serial number registration management module(110) retrieves and registers the project serial number and project serial number identification meta-data. An information identifier registration management module(120) registers and retrieves not only an information identifier but also information identifier meta data. A reference linking information registration management module(130) registers reference linking information, and registers, updates and retrieves the reference linking information among a project, a business, personnel and a device. When the link for the project serial number and the information identifier is requested, a conversion server(140) converts the project serial number and the information identifier into a URL.
