Abstract: 본 발명은 국내외 논문, 국내외 특허, 국내외 동향 정보, 사실 정보 등을 제공하는 학술활동 포털사이트를 통하여, 사용자(저자)들이 본인의 필요에 의해 학회, 학술지, 학술단체, 연구단체, 논문지 등의 참고문헌 정보를 갈무리하고 수집하여 참고문헌 데이터베이스를 구축함과 더불어, 참고문헌 데이터베이스로부터 논문에 인용된 참고문헌 정보들을 가져와 논문 정보에 대응시켜 인용색인 정보로 저장하여 인용색인 데이터베이스를 구축하며, 각 논문의 저자 정보와 동일한 식별자를 갖는 저자 정보들을 수집하여 저자정보 데이터베이스를 구축할 수 있도록 된, OCR 데이터베이스 구축 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 OCR DB 구축 방법은, 사용자의 요청에 따라 참고문헌에 대한 정보를 갈무리하고 분류하여 데이터베이스에 추가하여 참고문헌 데이터베이스를 구축하거나, 논문의 정보와 논문에 인용된 참고문헌 정보들을 수집하여 서로 대응시켜 인용색인 정보로 저장하여 인용색인 데이터베이스를 구축하거나, 학술단체에 제출된 논문에 대해 저자의 정보와 저자의 식별자를 수집하여 기 저장된 저자의 정보에 추가하거나 갱신하여 저자정보 데이터베이스를 구축하는 것을 특징으로 한다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An OCR(Optical Character Recognition) database constructing method and system thereof are provided to reduce reference document input by automatically separating and inputting data having high purity by input item. CONSTITUTION: Reference document database(110) stores reference information. A document information collector(120) collects reference document information on a webpage. A controller(130) classifies reference information and adds reference document database. If a user clicks a button about reference document information through a web service, the document information collector collects the public reference document information.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A constant sharing system of user subscription groups is provided to check an academic activities of academic related groups through an academic portal site. CONSTITUTION: A subscribe information database(120) stores the subscription information of groups in which a user is subscriber. A communication unit(110) communicates through a communication network with a subscribed groups. A schedule collection unit(130) collects schedule information from the subscribed groups. A control unit(140) controls the offer of the schedule information of the collected groups.
