Abstract:
신축 건물 등의 생활공간에서 환경유해물질 저감시키는 미세 다공질 세라믹의 기공 내에 흡착되는 오염 물질을 분해시킴으로써 오염된 물질 방출이 없으므로 쾌적한 생활공간을 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있는 미세 다공질 세라믹 패널에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 미세 다공질 세라믹 패널은 복수의 기공을 구비한 다공질 세라믹층 및 상기 다공질 세라믹층의 표면 상에 1 ~ 10㎛의 두께로 형성되며, 아나타제형 결정 구조를 갖는 광촉매층을 포함하며, 상기 광촉매층은 자연광 또는 인조광에 의하여 상기 기공 내에 흡착되는 오염 물질을 분해하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A multi-function ceramic panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and enhance deodorization function and humidity adjustment function. CONSTITUTION: A multi-function ceramic panel(100) comprises a porous ceramic layer(120) and a surface treatment layer(140). The porous ceramic layer comprises a plurality of pores(122) and is formed by processing ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) debris. A manufacturing method of the multi-function ceramic panel comprises the following steps: obtaining ceramic powder by dry pulverizing the ALC (autoclaved light concrete) debris; forming a mixture by mixing 10-50 parts by weight of water and 1-10 parts by weight of binder based on 100 parts by weight of the ceramic powder; aging the mixture in a vessel; forming a ceramic molded body by mold extruding and cutting the matured mixture; spreading glaze on the ceramic molded body; and drying and sintering the glaze spread ceramic molded body.

PURPOSE: A micro-porous ceramic panel with pollutant decomposing effect and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to absorb pollutants and decompose the absorbed pollutants by including a porous ceramic layer and a photo-catalytic layer. CONSTITUTION: A micro-porous ceramic panel(100) includes a porous ceramic layer(120) and a photo-catalytic layer(140). The porous ceramic layer includes a plurality of pores(122). The photo-catalytic layer is formed on the surface of the porous ceramic layer with a thickness of 1 to 10um. The crystalline structure of the photo-catalytic layer is anatase type. The photo-catalytic layer decomposes pollutants absorbed in the pores based on natural light or artificial light. The photo-catalytic layer is composed of titanium dioxide. The porous ceramic layer includes one or more of clay, volcanic stone, diatomite, and kaolin.

ALC(autoclaved lightweight concrete) 잔해를 주 원료로 이용함으로써 제조 원가를 절감할 수 있으면서도 습도 조절 기능이 우수하여 실내 상대습도를 일정하게 유지할 수 있는 다기능(향균, 탈취) 세라믹 판넬에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 다기능 세라믹 판넬은 복수의 기공을 구비하며, ALC(autoclaved lightweight concrete) 잔해를 가공 처리하여 형성되는 다공질 세라믹층; 및 상기 다공질 세라믹층의 표면에 형성되는 표면 처리층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
A lead-free piezoelectric ceramic based on (Na,K,Li)NbO3 containing BiO3 is provided to have improved reproducibility and physical properties including high density, dielectric and piezoelectric properties by adding constant content of Bi2O3 to material of the ceramic. The method for preparing the piezoelectric ceramics has the steps of: preparing oxide source powder after weighing to obtain the (Na,K,Li)NbO3 based ceramics; uniformly blending the source powder and grinding the blended powder; calcining the prepared powder at 850deg.C in an alumina based melting pot for 5 hours after drying the pulverized powder; again mixing, grinding and drying the calcined powder; adding PVA as a binder to the dried powder then press molding the mixture; and heating the formed material to evaporate the binder then sintering the treated material. The piezoelectric ceramics contains 0.2wt.% of Bi2O3.
