Abstract: PURPOSE: Air injection heat pump is provided to improve the efficiency of removing frost as the surface of a heat exchanger is divided into constant sections. CONSTITUTION: Air injection heat pump comprises an auxiliary heat exchanger(220), a suction pipe, an auxiliary blower, a discharge pipe, and an air injection unit(400). The refrigerant of high pressure and high temperature passes through the auxiliary heat exchanger. The suction pipe is connected to the auxiliary heat exchanger. The auxiliary blower sucks outdoor air, and supplies the air to the auxiliary heat exchanger through the suction pipe. The outdoor air is heat exchanged with the high pressure and temperature refrigerant, and discharged through the discharge pipe. The air injection unit injects the outdoor air to the front surface of the heat exchanger. The auxiliary heat exchanger is connected to an inner pipe, and comprises a first water header tank, a second water header tank, a first refrigerant header tank, and a second refrigerant tank. The first water header tank comprises a water inlet. The second water header tank comprises a water outlet. The first refrigerant header tank comprises a refrigerant inlet connected to an outer pipe.
