Abstract:
PURPOSE: A sterilizing coating compound is provided to have excellent sterilization activity while having excellent coatability to various surface and to be easily and simply coated without pretreatment with plasma or primer. CONSTITUTION: A sterilizing coating compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, a dopamine derivative with a catechol group and a quaternary ammonium salt with an aliphatic alkyl chain. In chemical formula 1, m is an integer from 1-6 and n is an integer from 2-20. A manufacturing method of the sterilizing coating compound comprises a step of obtaining a dopamine derivative compound by reacting catechol group-containing dopamine compound and acyl halide compound under the presence of a solvent; and a step of reacting dopamine derivative and quaternary ammonium salt under the presence of the solvent.

Provided are catechol grafted copolymers, copolymer cross-linked copolymer compounds, functional matrix compounds and a method for producing the same. In a more particular way, the present invention relates to catechol grafted copolymers characterized in comprising: a polyvinyl copolymer organization made up of polyvinyl copolymers in which vinyl compounds are bonded or copolymer in which main chain formable compounds are connected to polyvinyl copolymers; and a catechol derivative grafted in the polyvinyl copolymer organization.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anti-microbial coating material with excellent anti-microbial properties including an organic copolymer containing layer containing a catechol group component with a tertiary amine group and a component wherein a hydrophobic alkyl functional group is quaternary chloridated, and a silver nanoparticle containing layer. The anti-microbial coating material maintains anti-microbial properties in worst stress condition, and is easy to be coated.
