Abstract: The present invention relates to cement based mortar including photosynthetic bacterium and to a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, provides a cement base mortar including photosynthetic bacterium and a method for preparing the same which is characterized by comprising: a step of mixing normal Portland cement and photosynthetic bacterium with aggregates; a step of adding water to mix the mixture again at a first speed after mixing; and a step of mixing the mixture again at a second speed which is faster than at least the first speed after mixing again at the first speed. According to the present invention, when preparing a non-sintered and non-cement based mortar composition, photosynthetic bacterium is added in the mortar composition to absorb carbon dioxide, which is generated during a life cycle of cement based mortar concrete, thereby maximizing the reduction of carbon dioxide.
