    Abstract: A manufacturing method of an elvan stone ready-mixed concrete and ready-mixed concrete produced by the same are provided to repress matters harmful to human body, to increase the emission rate of far infrared rays, and to improve deodorization effect by producing the ready-mixed concrete using the elvan stones. The manufacturing method of elvan stone ready-mixed concrete comprises the steps of: inserting coarse aggregates of 35~55wt.% mixed with natural aggregates, elvan stone aggregates, and recycled aggregates; inserting fine aggregates like sand about 30~40wt.%; inputting cement of 10~15wt.% and flyash of 1~5wt.%; pouring an admixture of 0.03~0.1wt% and water of 5~9wt.%; producing the elvan stone ready-mixed concrete by blending the mixture; and moving the elvan stone ready-mixed concrete to a ready-mixed concrete truck or using the concrete in the site.

    또한, 황토 레디믹스트 콘크리트 제조과정에 시멘트의 일부를 황토미분말(황토가공은 온도 850±100℃에서 2시간 가열한 후 건조한 황토이며, 분말도는 Blain값으로 3500 이상의 비표면적(㎠/g)을 가진 황토미분말)로 치환하여 제조함으로서 시멘트 사용량이 감소됨으로 시멘트에서 발생할 수 있는 유해독소가 발생되지 않고, 열전도율이 낮아 여름은 시원하고 겨울은 따뜻한, 쾌적한 실내환경을 유지할 수 있다.

    Abstract: Ready-mixed concrete and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to recycle a finite resource of aggregate using recycled coarse aggregate. A method for manufacturing ready-mixed concrete comprises the following steps of: selecting coarse aggregate with diameter of 13~40mm; preparing 3.9~19.9wt% of recycled coarse aggregate, 21.3~42.0wt% of normal coarse aggregate, 36wt% of fine aggregate, 16wt% of cement, 7.0wt% of water and 0.1wt% of AE water reducing agent; mixing the mixture of all those ingredients; and transferring the ready-mixed concrete to a construction site by truck.

    Abstract: A process of producing ready-mixed concrete based on loess is provided to form the loess based ready-mixed concrete with excellent far-infrared radiation as well as reduced cement toxicity by adding processed loess powder after calcining the powder to typical ready-mixed concrete during the production process. The process includes the steps of: forming processed loess powder by baking fine loess powder at 850+/-100deg.C for 2 hours, cooling the powder and processing the powder to have fineness of 3500(cm^2/g)+/-500(cm^2/g); introducing 37-45% of coarse aggregate and 30-40% of fine aggregate to an alignment plant; introducing 10-20% of a mixture A of cement and the processed loess powder from the first step, and 0.5-2% of fly ash into the alignment plant; introducing an admixing agent, 0.03-0.05% of AE water reducing agent and 5-9% of water into the mixture in the alignment plant to produce a mixture B; and overall mixing the mixture B to fabricate the loess ready-mixed concrete product.
