Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for forming the electrode of a solar cell. The present invention provides a technique which reduces the area of an electrode while the height thereof is enhanced to reduces resistance, increase the light receiving area of the surface, and improve efficiency, by forming the electrode of a silicon solar cell through the electrode pattern formation process of an imprinting method on a resin layer in a structure of 30 micrometer or less having a high aspect ratio.
