Abstract: The present invention relates to non-cement mortar containing a photosynthetic bacterium and a method for manufacturing same and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing non-cement mortar containing a photosynthetic bacterium configured to include a step for mixing blast furnace slag fine particles, fly ash, slaked lime, silica fume, and a photosynthetic bacterium with aggregates; a step for re-mixing at a first speed by applying water after the mixing; and a step for re-mixing at a second speed, which is a speed equal to or higher than the first speed, after the re-mixing at the first speed. According to the present invention, the silica fume is added to a mortar composition in manufacturing the non-plastic non-cement mortar composition, and thus concrete strength is expected to be enhanced based on a pore filling effect.
