Abstract: A heat exchanger for the freezing air-conditioning is provided to improve the evaporation or the condensation performance by a balance tube. The heat exchanger(23, 25a) comprised an evaporator or a condenser of the cooling cycle has a balance tube(250). The balance tube is installed at the outlet side of each refrigerant circuit of the each heat exchanger to communicate each refrigerant circuit. The pressure of the refrigerant flowing with each refrigerant circuit is equal without deviation.
