Abstract: A nozzle structure for a metal jet unit is provided to jet a molten metal accurately and smoothly by precisely setting a discharge condition of the molten metal. A metal jet unit includes a melting furnace(10) having a nozzle(15), and an actuator(20) having a plunger(21) pushing molten metal towards the nozzle. The nozzle has a plunger moving part receiving the plunger, a molten metal pressing part formed on a center of a bottom portion of the plunger moving part, and an orifice(18) formed on a center of a bottom of the molten metal pressing part. The plunger has a discharge pressing part protruding from a bottom portion thereof.

Abstract: A metal-jet unit is provided to accurately control discharge of molten metal by accurately adjusting a gap between a plunger and an orifice of a nozzle, and an internal pressure of a melting furnace, and improve molding accuracy and completeness of a three-dimensional optional shaped body by accurately controlling discharge of the molten metal. A metal-jet unit(1) comprises: a melting furnace(10) which produces molten metal, and has a nozzle(17) formed on a lower portion thereof; a material feeding part(20) for feeding a metal powder material into the melting furnace; an actuator(30) having a plunger(31) for pressing the molten metal to the nozzle; an oscillation part for finely oscillating the actuator; a gap adjusting unit(41) for adjusting a gap between the plunger and the nozzle; and a pressure adjusting unit for maintaining an internal pressure of the melting furnace to a preset pressure, wherein the nozzle includes a plunger moving part in which the plunger is vertically slidingly received, a molten metal pressing part formed in the form of a downward step height on the bottom center of the plunger moving part, and an orifice(18) formed on the bottom center of the molten metal pressing part such that the orifice faces the outside, and wherein the plunger has a discharge pressing part which is formed on a lower part thereof and projected in a step height shape corresponding to the molten metal pressing part and the orifice, and of which a lower portion is formed as a plane.

Abstract: A via hole conducting system of a circuit board and a conducting method thereof are provided to conduct both planes of the circuit board by performing charging after stacking a conductive melt metal to a via hole of the circuit board using a metal jet unit. A circuit board(10) having a via hole is placed and aligned on a stage apparatus(20). An image acquisition unit(30) detects the position of the circuit board by photographing the circuit board aligned on the stage apparatus. A metal jet unit(40) charges the via hole by dropping drops of a conductive melt metal to the via hole on the circuit board continuously. A computer(60) is connected to the stage apparatus, the image acquisition unit and the metal jet unit, and controls the stage apparatus, the image acquisition unit and the metal jet unit.
