    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cell culture supporter of nanofiber form and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which make spinning of nanofiber facilitated and prevent coagulation of solution on the nano-fiber web. CONSTITUTION: A cell culture supporter of nanofiber form is constituted as follows. The cell culture supporter is prepared by adding surfactant to alginic acid sodium solution in which the water-soluble polymer solution and sodium alginate are mixed and electrospinning. Triton X-100 or lecithin is used as a surfactant. The water-soluble polymer solution is PEO(poly ethylene oxide) and PVA(poly vinyl alcohol).
