Abstract: A waste vinyl pretreatment apparatus and a method using vibrating hooks are provided to obtain the waste vinyl of uniform size by eliminating fine foreign materials by vibrating the hooks and crushing the waste vinyl in the size of 3~8cm by a cutting blade of a crusher. In a waste vinyl pretreatment apparatus using vibrating hooks, an input conveyor(10) has a motor installed at one side of a work table supported by a support and a belt mounted on the upper part of the work table to transfer the waste vinyl by driving of the motor. A roller unit(20) comprises a hopper receiving the waste vinyl delivered by the belt; a frame installed at the lower part of the hopper to rotate first and second rollers toward the inside; and a motor disposed at one side to turn the first and second rollers. An ascending conveyor(30) has an oblique belt of which one end is inserted into the frame, and a motor driving first and second supports propping up the belt and the belt. A transfer unit(40) is installed at a ceiling(90) by a fixing device(91) to transport the waste vinyl delivered to the upper part of the ascending conveyor, to a crusher(50). The crusher crushes the waste vinyl poured from the transfer unit.

Abstract: A drying apparatus using hot blast is provided to remove fine foreign matters such as soil and gravels from waste vinyl by using a plurality of holes formed on the outer surface of a rotor. A drying apparatus using hot blast comprises a frame(10), a V shaped body(20), a rotor, a screw, a driving unit(50), and a heater(60). The frame includes an upper frame having a fastener(15), a lower frame, an auxiliary frame(14) installed to the front, and a support frame(13). The body is mounted on the upper frame and fastened by the faster, and provided with a first auxiliary support and a second auxiliary support. Both auxiliary supports are located at the back and the front of the body. The rotor mounted on the body in a length direction has an inlet and an outlet. The inlet of the rotor is connected with a suction device. The screw is installed under the body in a length direction to convey foreign materials falling from the rotor to the rear end. The driving unit includes a first gear motor and a second gear motor drives the rotor and the screw respectively. The first and second gear motors are mounted on the lower frame. The heater is connected with one part of the body by a pipe to supply heated blast.
