Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nanoparticle-biodegradable polymer composite is provided, which forms new bone tissue in a short time by promoting breeding of the bone cell. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nanoparticle-biodegradable polymer composite comprises a process of preparing the biomaterial particulate slurry of nano-size; a process of preparing the bio-degradable high molecule solvent; and a process of removing the moisture by heating to the boiling point of the organic solvent with boiling point of higher than 120deg.C by gradually raising temperature while mixing and stirring biomaterial particulate slurry of nano-size and bio-degradable high molecule solvent.

Abstract: An electro-spinning apparatus of a copper plate ground connection type is provided to manufacture a nano-fiber with high uniformity and reliability. An injection member(2) and a fiber obtaining member(4) are equipped at both sides of a base(1) so that the fiber is passed through an electric field. A fiber winding member(3) is equipped at the lower portion between the injection member and the fiber obtaining member and winds the fiber with plural layers. A control member controls the injection member, fiber obtaining member and the fiber winding member according to an external signal. The fiber obtaining member comprises a supporter(41) and a conductive plate(42) fixed to the supporter with the minus polarity.

Abstract: An electro-spinning apparatus of a coiling roll ground connection type is provided to monitor and control the electro-spinning behavior so that the array of the nano-fiber is formed uniformly. A fiber winding member(3) is equipped at the other side of a base(1), has the minus polarity and winds a fiber with plural layers through the rotation. An injection member(2) is equipped at a side of the base, forms an electric field with the fiber winding member, and injects the nano-fiber solution toward the fiber winding member as a fiber with plural strands having plus polarity. A control member controls the injection member and the fiber winding member according to an external signal.
