    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a carbon nanotube-based hybride structure is provided to obtain hybrid structure having various nanorods containing zinc oxide without a catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a carbon nanotube-based hybrid structure comprises: a step of forming a two-dimensional structure(15) on a substrate(10) by Langmuir-Blodgett technique; and a step of forming a one-dimensional structure of transition metal or semiconductive material on the two-dimensional structure surface by chemical vapor deposition. The one-dimensional structure is nanodot(17), nanowire, or nanorod(20).
