Abstract:
The present invention relates to a liquid specimen holder of an electron microscope and an electron microscope using the same. According to the present invention, to solve problems of an existing electron microscope, for examples, the inconvenience of solidification and crystallization of a corresponding sample in a vacuum to monitor the liquid sample, the difficulty of monitoring the real image of the liquid sample in a liquid state due to the deformation of the sample, and the preparation of each sample according to a new condition whenever an experimental condition is changed, provided are the liquid sample holder of the electron microscope which protects a sample from vacuum and monitors the sample in a liquid state in real time and replaces a different experiment solution and injects an experiment solution such as culture fluid when the sample is mounted, thereby continuously monitoring the sample, and the electron microscope using the same.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing a specimen containing a cryo stage for installing a grid cooled by liquefied nitrogen on a fluorescence microscope. The present invention provides an apparatus for preparing a correlative cryogenic specimen of an electron microscope of a novel structure which is formed in order to consecutively perform a pre-process of cooling the grid by inserting the grid into liquefied nitrogen and a series of processes of installing the grid on the fluorescence microscope by transferring the pre-processed grid and observing the grid within a single apparatus of preparing a specimen by solving the problems of an existing electron microscope in which the damage or breakage of the grid in a pre-processing of cooling the grid and a process of transferring the pre-processed grid and observing the grid is frequently generated, and a transporting operation of the grid is difficult and inconvenient since a temperature is constantly maintained during transferring the pre-processed grid.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cryo plunger for cooling the sample grid to the temperature of liquid nitrogen which is to observe a biological sample using a transmission electron microscope (TEC) by a cryo analysis method, and according to the present invention, the present invention solves problems of conventional cryo sample plunger devices which are formed by a hydraulic device, the configuration is complicated, and manufacturing costs are high, and a spring type of a cryo sample plunger device which uses a spring structure thereby simplifying the configuration and correspondingly reducing manufacturing costs is provided.
