Abstract: A control signal generation controlling device and a controlling method of the same are provided to implement the minute control by controlling every testing steps until an ion signal is detected after a sample is inputted. A control signal generation controlling device of a Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrograph comprises: a control signal input part(100) reconstructing control information which user sets up for experiment to experiment event; a integrated control signal generating part(200) outputting an analog control signal and digital control signal; and a control signal amplification part(102) amplifying the analog control signal. The integrated control signal generating part controls the analog control signal and the digital control signal separated from the experiment event while the output maintenance time determined based on the experiment event.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A chemical composition judgment device and a method thereof are provided to automatically analyze the chemical composition of a lipid body from a mass spectrum with high precision in consideration of isotope information organized in a database. CONSTITUTION: A judgment device for the chemical composition of a lipid body is composed of a lipid body information input part(101), a user parameter input part(102), a chemical composition analysis part(103), a lipid body database(104), and a result information output part(105). The lipid body information input part takes charge of the input of spectrum information(501) obtained from a lipid body sample through a mass spectrometer, and the user parameter input part inputs the charge state of the mass spectrometer at the point of obtaining a mass spectrum, an adduct type, and a mass error range considered when automatically granting a chemical composition from the mass, as the parameters required for a precise chemical composition analysis. The chemical composition analysis part is a part automatically granting chemical composition information from the mass spectrum by mutually comparing and analyzing the mass spectrum information inputted from the lipid body information input part and the mass spectrum information for each chemical composition already stored in the lipid body database, by considering the user parameters inputted from the user parameter input part. The result information output part outputs the final result of the chemical composition analysis part. Abstract: An ion cyclotron resonance trap and an ion trapping control device thereof are provided to improve ion trapping efficiency by obtaining a wide mass to charge region. Trap electrodes are divided into n trap electrodes. The trap electrode is one electrode of a cylindrical electrode and a regular hexahedron electrode. A resistor and a condenser are comprised in a front trap electrode(A1-AN) and a rear trap electrode(B1-BN) individually by dividing the trap electrode before and behind the trap into n . Abstract: An apparatus and a method for obtaining data of a Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer are provided to reduce a time of a test and to reduce a consumption amount of liquid samples to be measured. An apparatus for obtaining data of a Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer include a controller(200), a channel converter(201), and a dual channel digitizer(202). The dual channel digitizer is comprised of a first channel and a second channel. The first channel is comprised of a first analog to digital converter and a first FIFO(First-In First-Out) memory. The second channel is comprised of a second analog to digital converter and a second FIFO memory. A channel converter alternatively changes the first channel and the second channel of the dual channel digitizer at a plurality of successive scan. Abstract: An ion transmission pipe, a connecting method of the same and a control method of the ion transmission are provided to increase a ion detection level by increasing the total number of ion which can be kept.
