    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an artificial arm mold is provided, which can simplify the manufacturing process, reduce the manufacturing cost, and make the various shapes of artificial arms and legs for handicapped persons. CONSTITUTION: An artificial arm mold frame manufacturing method includes: a preparatory step(S10) for preparing an artificial arm; a coating step(S20) for coating the first epoxy resin in order to shape the artificial arm surface on the artificial arm surface; a step of(S30) of spreading the second epoxy resin in order to form the outer shape on the coated artificial arm; a step(S40) of drying the coated artificial arm for the predetermined time; and a separation step(S50) for separating the hardened first epoxy resin and second epoxy resin from the artificial arm.

    Abstract: A solid type silicon prosthetic hand manufacturing method which is provided by the present invention comprises: a negative mold manufacturing step (S10) for manufacturing a negative mold (10) by taking the shape of a hand; an outer cover manufacturing step (S20) for manufacturing the outer cover (20) of a prosthetic hand by pouring liquid type silicon undiluted solution (S1) into the negative mold (10) and demolding after solidifying the liquid type silicon undiluted solution (S1) for a predetermined time; an outer cover color coating step (S30) for coating a primary color on the surface of the outer cover (20) of the prosthetic hand; a positive mold manufacturing step (S40) for manufacturing a positive mold (30) based on data of a desired hand shape; an inner cover manufacturing step (S50) for manufacturing the inner cover (40) of the prosthetic hand by coating solid type silicon (S2) on the outside of the positive mold (30); an inner cover color coating step (S60) for coating a secondary color on the surface of the inner cover (40) of the prosthetic hand; a prosthetic hand body forming step (S70) for forming the main body (1) of the prosthetic hand by attaching the outer cover (20) of the prosthetic hand after covering the outer cover (20) of the prosthetic hand on the outside of the inner cover (40) of the prosthetic hand; and a prosthetic hand plastic hardening step (S80) for heating and plasticizing the main body (1) of the prosthetic hand. The present invention has effects of: remarkably improving the life span of a silicon prosthetic hand by mutually attaching the outer cover of the prosthetic hand manufactured in a hand shape to the inner cover of the prosthetic hand manufactured in the same shape in a laminated way; and preventing the damage of a skin color which is formed inside the outer cover of the prosthetic hand even if a detailed color is removed in use, by coating the skin color on the surface of the outer cover of the prosthetic hand.
