Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening containing Morusalba L. extract is provided to suppress tyrosinase activity and melanin and to ensure excellent whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains Morusalba L. as an active ingredient, which is hydrolyzed by beta-glucosidase after hot-water extraction. The enzyme is beta-glucosidase, tannase, and pectinase. The hydrolyzed Morusalba L. extract contains oxyresveratrol. The composition is used in the form of skin, skin lotion, skin softener, astringent, lotion, milk lotion, moisture lotion, massage cream, moisture cream, hand cream, essence, pack, soap, cleansing lotion, cleansing cream, body cleanser, body lotion, shampoo, emulsion, foundation, pressed powder, or eye shadow.
