Abstract: 본 발명은 일회용 컵 분리배출장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 일회용 컵 분리배출장치는 각기 다른 재질로 이루어진 일회용 컵의 구성물을 각각 구분하여 수거하기 위한 다수 개의 수거함을 포함하는 배출부; 및 상기 배출부의 상부에 배치되어 상기 일회용 컵의 구성물을 상기 다수 개의 수거함으로 자동으로 각각 분리하여 배출시키는 기구부;을 구비하고, 상기 기구부는 컵 본체를 고정시키는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 컵홀더부 및 상기 컵홀더부에 대응되며, 상기 컵홀더부에 고정된 컵 본체로부터 부속물을 분리시켜 상기 다수 개의 수거함으로 이동하여 배출시키는 그립퍼부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 일회용 컵 분립배출장치는 완전자동화된 기계구성을 구비함으로써, 분리 배출 주기가 짧을 뿐만 아니라, 자동공급부를 통해 여러 개의 일회용 컵을 투입하여도 순차적으로 처리됨으로써, 사용자의 편의를 극대화할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating and discharging disposable cups is provided to reduce a separating and discharging cycle with a perfectly automated machine and to reduce standby time by successively processing several disposable cups through an automatic feeding part. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating and discharging disposable cups comprises a discharge part(20) and a machine part(10). The discharge part comprises multiple colleting boxes. The multiple collecting boxes respectively separate and collect compositions of disposable cups made by each different material. The machine part is arranged on the top of the discharge part so that the compositions of disposable cups are automatically separated and discharged to the multiple collecting boxes. The machine part comprises a cup holder and a gripper. The cup holder fixes a cup body. The gripper discharges belongings after separating the belongings from the cup body fixed in the cup holder and moving to multiple collecting boxes.
