    Abstract: PURPOSE: A high-precision high-speed winding machine is provided to uniformly wind a wire on a spool at improved winding speed by removing the shaking of a guide unit. CONSTITUTION: A high-precision high-speed winding machine(1) comprises a guide unit(10), a spool(20), a spool driving unit(30), and a moving unit. The guide unit guides a wire(700). The spool is rotated to wind the guided wire thereon. The spool driving unit provided torque to the spool so that the spool is rotated to wind the wire. The moving unit is coupled to the spool driving unit and moves the spool driving unit right and left in order to move the spool right and left.

    Abstract: A network based open type servo drive system is provided to simplify the wiring between a main controller and a servo drive into two fiber option cables by connecting a motion interface board and the servo drive with a SERCOS(Serial Real-time Communications Interface) method. A network based open type servo drive system includes a motor(60), a servo drive(50), a main controller(10), a motion interface board(20), a SERCOS network board(30), and a SECOS interface board(40). The servo drive(50) drives and controls the motor(60). The main controller(10) outputs a control order to the servo drive(50). The motion interface board(20) is placed inside the main controller(10), outputs the control order through an upper trajectory planning and SERCOS protocol, and includes a connector for a SECOS interface. The SERCOS network board(30) charges the SERCOS communication with the motion interface board(20) which is a SERCOS master. The SERCOS interface board(40) charges the connection with the normal servo drive(50) without a network function, and performs subordinate interpolation and PID control.
