Abstract: 본 발명은 위치인식 통신모듈을 산업용 기기와 연결시키고 이와 통신하는 네트워크 카메라를 통해 고정형 또는 이동형 산업용 기기들에 대해 실시간으로 위험상황과 그 위치를 파악할 수 있도록 하는 원격 블랙박스 시스템 및 그의 지능형 감시방법에 관한 것으로, 산업현장에 배치되는 적어도 하나 이상의 생산기기 또는 제어기기에 부착되어 응급상황 발생시 센서를 통해 감지하여 위치를 전달하는 위치인식 통신기기; 상기 위치인식 통신기기로부터 전달된 위치정보에 맞게 방향을 전환하여 해당 생산 또는 제어기기의 상황을 촬영하는 네트워크 카메라; 및 원격지에 배치되어 상기 네트워크 카메라로부터 전송된 촬영 데이터를 저장하는 블랙박스를 포함하여 각 산업용 기기의 동작상태를 실시간으로 파악할 수 있으며, 사고 발생시 그 현황을 상세하게 촬영할 수 있도록 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A remote black box system and an intelligent monitoring method thereof are provided to improve management about accidents by detecting portable or fixed industrial equipment in real time with a network camera. CONSTITUTION: A position awareness communications device(10) transmits wirelessly location information in emergency and is attached on a production device or a control device arranged on an industrial site. A network camera(20) converts a direction according to the location information and photographs a situation of the corresponding to production device or the control device. A black box(30) stores the photographed data transmitted from the network camera.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供远程黑盒系统及其智能监控方法，通过网络摄像机实时检测便携式或固定式工业设备，提高事故管理。 构成：位置识别通信装置（10）在紧急情况下发送无线位置信息，并且附着在布置在工业现场的生产装置或控制装置上。 网络摄像机（20）根据位置信息转换方向，并拍摄对应于生产装置或控制装置的情况。 黑盒（30）存储从网络摄像机发送的拍摄数据。
