Abstract: PURPOSE: A screen printing method using a wire screen and a device using the same are provided to obtain a high-quality printing membrane by minimizing friction between a screen and a squeegee. CONSTITUTION: A screen printing device using a wire screen is as follows. A wire screen(120) is formed in a striped shape by arranging steel wires at uniform intervals. A mask(130) with patterns is arranged on the top of the wire screen. A printing membrane is formed on a substrate using the mask and the wire screen with a squeegee or a blade.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用丝网的丝网印刷方法和使用该丝网的装置，以通过最小化筛网和刮板之间的摩擦来获得高质量的印刷膜。 构成：使用丝网的丝网印刷装置如下。 通过以均匀间隔布置钢丝，将丝网（120）形成为条纹状。 具有图案的掩模（130）布置在丝网的顶部。 使用掩模和带有刮板或刮刀的丝网在基板上形成印刷膜。

Abstract: 와이어 스크린을 이용한 스크린 인쇄 방법 및 그 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스크린 인쇄 방법은 스트라이프 형태의 와이어 스크린을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 와이어 스크린을 이용한 스크린 인쇄를 통해 기판 상에 인쇄 막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 와이어 스크린 상부에 상기 기판 상에 형성될 패턴의 마스크를 배치하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 인쇄 막을 형성하는 단계는 상기 와이어 스크린을 구성하는 강선의 수평 방향으로 진행하는 스퀴지(squeegee) 혹은 블레이드(blade)를 이용하여 상기 인쇄 막을 형성할 수 있다.
