Disclosed in the present invention is an assay chip for simulating a human tissue, not only simulating different human tissues, but also measuring 3D cell migration to the different organization, and to a cell reaction measurement method using the same. The assay chip for simulating the human tissue according to the present invention comprises a lower housing; an upper housing capable of combining with the lower housing; a micro channel arranged between the lower housing and upper housing; and a nanofiber mat arranged between the micro channel and upper housing.

본 발명은 3차원 세포 이동 측정이 가능한 인체 조직 어세이 칩 및 이를 이용한 세포 이동 측정 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의한 인체 조직 모사용 어세이 칩은, 하부하우징; 상기 하부하우징과 체결 가능하고, 일단에 복수의 유체유입구와 타단에 복수의 유체배출구가 서로 대향하여 이격 배치된 상부하우징; 상기 하부하우징과 상기 상부하우징 사이에 배치되며, 유체가 이동 가능한 다중 미세유체 채널이 형성되는 채널 블럭; 및; 및 상기 채널 블럭과 상기 상부하우징 사이에 배치되는 나노섬유매트를 포함한다.
Abstract:
Disclose in the present invention are an assay chip for measuring a cell migration capable of a three-dimensional measurement of a cell migration in the direction of gravity or the direction against gravity by using a nanofiber mat having the uniform thickness, and to a method for measuring a cell migration using the same. The assay chip for measuring a cell migration comprises multiple chambers forming the exterior and having at least one through hole penetrating in the thickness direction; and a nanofiber mat located between the multiple chambers, formed at an area where the through hole is formed, and having a uniform thickness.
