Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차 진공주입건 진공 시험장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 구성은 자동차에 라인용 액주입장비의 진공도 시험장치(100)에 있어서; 외형의 골격을 이루고 일측에 상하로 구분되는 몸체(60)의 상부에 내재되며 상하로 작동하는 승하강수단(10)과, 상기 몸체(60)에 내재되어 진공을 형성시키는 진공탱크(20)와, 상기 승하강수단(10)에 설치된 진공주입건(30)과, 상기 몸체(60) 하부에 설치되고 상기 진공탱크(20)에 연결된 진공펌프(40)와, 상기기 몸체(60) 일측에 설치되고 디스플레이장치(51)가 구비된 제어부(50)를 포함하여 구성된다.
본 발명은 자동차 제조장비에 대한 신뢰성 확보로 인해 자체 시험성적서의 작성이 가능하고, 주입건 불량에 따른 자동차 라인 중단 사고의 발생을 최소화시켜 손실비용을 절감할 수 있으며 주입건 교환주리의 축소시킴에 따라 주입건 구입비를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: A vacuum testing device for a vacuum injection gun of a vehicle is provided to prevent a loss caused by trial and error by performing a capability and durability test favorably before installing the injection gun in a line. A vacuum testing device(100) for a vacuum injection gun of a vehicle comprises a lifting unit(10), a vacuum tank(20), a vacuum injection gun(30), a vacuum pump(40), and a control unit(50). The lifting unit is mounted at an upper part of a body(60) which is divided into upper and lower portion, and moves vertically. The vacuum tank creating a vacuum is positioned inside the body. The vacuum injection gun is installed at the lifting unit. The vacuum pump is installed at a lower part of the body and connected to the vacuum tank. The control unit is installed at one side of the body and formed with a display unit(51).
