Abstract: 본 발명은 관람자 신체의 움직임에 따른 정보를 획득하여 자동적으로 분수가 제어되도록 한 자동 분수 제어 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 일면에 따른 자동 분수 제어 시스템은, 관람자의 신체 움직임에 대한 하나 이상의 모션 특성을 조합한 각 모션 특성 조합에 대응된, 펌프, 노즐, 또는 조명의 작동을 위한 정형화된 분수 작동 패턴 데이터를 매칭시켜 저장하고 있는 데이터베이스부, 하나 이상의 카메라를 이용하여 관람자에 대한 영상을 획득하는 영상 정보 획득부, 상기 영상을 분석하여 관람자의 모션 특성을 검출하고, 검출된 하나 이상의 신체의 모션 특성을 조합한 모션 특성 조합 정보를 포함하는 모션 인식 데이터를 생성하는 모션 인식 데이터 생성부, 상기 데이터베이스부로부터 상기 모션 인식 데이터의 모션 특성 조합 정보에 매칭되는 모션 특성의 조합에 대응된 분수 작동 패턴 데이터를 추출하여 상기 펌프, 상기 노즐, 또는 상기 조명을 제어하기 위한 분수 제어 데이터로 변환하는 분수제어 데이터 생성부, 및 상기 분수 제어 데이터에 따라 상기 펌프, 상기 노즐, 또는 상기 조명의 구동을 위한 신호를 생성하는 분수 구동부를 포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic fountain control system is provided to induce the active participation of viewers by controlling the movement of the fountain in real time after receiving data. Abstract: 본 발명은 차량용 탑승자 정보 획득 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 차량에 승차하거나 하차하는 탑승자에 대한 정보를 획득하는 것이 가능한 차량용 탑승자 정보 획득 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 탑승자의 차량 승차 여부와 상기 차량에 승차한 탑승자의 차량 하차 여부를 감지하는 승하차 감지부, 상기 승하차 감지부가 상기 탑승자의 차량 승차 여부와 차량 하차 여부를 감지하면 동작하여 상기 탑승자의 영상 정보를 획득하는 탑승자 영상 정보 획득부, 및 상기 승하차 감지부가 상기 탑승자의 차량 승차 여부와 차량 하차 여부를 감지하면 동작하여 상기 탑승자의 승차 시간 정보와 하차 시간 정보를 획득하는 탑승자 시간 정보 획득부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면 택시 등과 같은 영업용 차량에 적용되어 차량에 탑승한 탑승자에 의한 운전자를 대상으로 한 범죄가 발생하는 경우 차량 탑승자의 승차와 하차시에 촬영된 영상, 승차 시간, 및 하차 시간 등의 정보를 범죄 발생 후에 제공하는 것이 가능하여 용의자의 추적과 검거가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A passenger information acquisition system for vehicles and a method of the same are provided to confirm whether the passenger gets on the vehicle or not and obtain and save the passenger information of on/off board time and video information about passenger when getting on/off the vehicles. CONSTITUTION: The passenger information acquisition system for vehicles includes: a getting on and off car sensor(10) which senses the passenger's getting on/off the vehicles and the getting off of the passenger already on board; a passenger acquirement of visual information part(20) which obtains the video information of passenger when the getting on and off car sensor senses the passenger's getting on/off the vehicle; and a passenger time information acquisition part(30) obtaining getting on/off time information of passenger when the getting on and off car sensor senses the passenger's getting on/off the vehicle.
