PURPOSE: A multimedia supporting system for controlling the locking time of video and audio is provided to remove stream in the memory space and control the locking time of video and audio. CONSTITUTION: A multimedia support system(100) includes an encoder(10), a memory unit(20), a bit control unit(30), and a transmission unit(40). The encoder encodes input media. The memory unit stores the stream outputted from the encoder. The bit control unit controls output bit rate about the stored stream in the memory unit. The transmission unit controls the size about a data packet controlled by the bit control unit.

PURPOSE: A system for controlling the vehicle transport signal of intersection using a day and night integrated traffic image detector is provided to minimize the interference of external illumination by improving the performance of an image detector at an intersection. CONSTITUTION: A day and night control device(330) determines a day mode or a night mode. An image obtaining controller(320) generates the day mode or infrared ray mode of a camera and generates a camera operation control signal. The image obtaining controller collects the capture image of vehicle entering and exiting. A digital signal processing unit(340) generates a traffic information message which includes the number of the vehicle waiting at lanes.

본 발명은 초소형 이미지 어레이 센서를 이용한 과열 상태 감시 시스템에 관한 것으로, 상기의 목적은 본 발명에 따라 감지대상의 가시광 영상과 열적외선 영상을 감지하는 이미지 센서와; 상기 이미지 센서에 의해 감지된 상기 가시광 영상을 웨이브릿 변환을 통해 해상도를 변환하거나, 상기 열적외선 영상을 보간법을 통해 해상도를 변환하여 상호 대응하는 변환 영상의 적어도 일 영역을 매칭하여 분석데이터를 생성하고, 상기 분석데이터의 신호성분에 기초하여 상기 감지대상에 대한 이벤트 발생 여부를 판단하는 프로세싱부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이로써 감지대상에서 발생하는 이상징후를 실시간 감지하고, 이상징후의 발생 시, 전원을 차단하거나 신속한 대응을 유도할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a system for monitoring an overheating state using a micro image array sensor. The system includes an image sensor which detects a visible image and a thermal infrared image of an object to be detected; and a processing unit which creates analysis data by matching at least one region corresponding to the visible image and the thermal infrared image detected by the image sensor, and determines whether an event for the object to be detected occurs, based on signal components of the analysis data. Therefore, the system can detect anomalies that occur in the object to be detected in real time, and can cut the power supply or induce a quick response when the anomalies occur.

An intra encoding apparatus and a method thereof are provided to reduce the amount of calculation for encoding and shorten process time for encoding while maintaining good image quality. An intra encoding apparatus which encodes an image includes a plurality of macro blocks. An intra frame predicting unit(200) generates a prediction macro block corresponding to a current macro block according to a size of a prediction block and a prediction mode. An adder generates an error block made of the difference between the current macro block and the prediction macro block. A conversion/quantization unit converts/quantizes the error block into signals of low/high frequency bands. A correlation estimator(210) calculates a vertical correlation coefficient and a horizontal correlation coefficient indicating correlation between adjacent blocks and the current macro block.

The present invention relates to a unified advertisement apparatus, including a content manufacturing part for manufacturing content by an inputted request; and a content distribution part for distributing the content manufactured from the content manufacturing part. The manufactured content is distributed to an apparatus able to output, and the distributed content is distributed by being linked to a scheduler where a distribution schedule is set. According to this, it is possible to easily participate in manufacturing, and it is possible to expand various advertisement service markets up to consignment and manufacturing of advertisements by performing publicity or participating in an advertisement market using the manufactured content. Since the manufactured content can be distributed by considering an event schedule according to time zone or dates by the scheduler, the effect of the advertisement is increased.
