Abstract: PURPOSE: A kit for detecting antibiotics in raw milk is provided to improve test simplicity and to save test time. CONSTITUTION: A kit for detecting antibiotics in raw milk by immunochromatography contains an antibody which specifically binds to antibiotics existing in the raw milk. The antibiotics includes quinolone-based antibiotics(norfloxacin), beta-lactam-based antibiotics(penicillin), or tetracycline-based antibiotics(tetracycline). The antibody is isolated from immunized rabbit. The kit comprises: a sample pad for containing an analytic sample; a conjugate pad containing a conjugate which specifically binds to the antibiotics in the sample; an test line for detecting the presence of the antibiotics in the sample and a control line which responses to regardless of the presence/absence of the antibiotics; and an absorption pad for absorbing residual sample.

Abstract: A composition for treating hangover is provided to be usefully used for the hangover cure and to improve liver protection effect. A hot water extract is preferably extracted 2-4 times at 100~120 deg.C for 1~3 hours. Amount of the purified water used for 1 time hot water extraction is persimmon leaf 1~5 times, Hovenia dulcis fruit 5~20 times, and alder shell 5~20 times when being compared with weight of each plant source.

Abstract: 본 발명은 감잎 추출물을 주성분으로 함유하는 숙취해소용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 감잎 추출물, 헛개나무 열매 추출물 및 오리나무 껍질 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 숙취해소용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 숙취해소용 조성물은 인체에 부작용이 없이 혈중 알코올 및 아세트알데히드의 분해 효과가 뛰어나며, 간장 보호 효과에도 탁월한 효과가 있음이 전임상 실험을 통하여 입증되었다. 따라서, 상기 조성물은 숙취해소에 효과가 있는 조성물 뿐만 아니라 간기능 보호 효과를 가지는 건강기능식품을 제공할 수 있으므로 산업상 매우 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A kit for detect Streptococcus mutans in oral cavity is provided to simplify testing and to save time and costs. CONSTITUTION: A kit for detecting Streptococcus mutans contains an antibody of Streptococcus mutans. The kit comprises: a nitrocellulose membrane; a conjugate pad overlapping one side of the nitrocellulose membrane; a sample pad which is overlapped and in which a serum sample is dropped on the conjugate pad; and an absorption pad for absorbing serum. A method for quickly detecting the antibody comprises: a step of dropping the serum sample onto an antibody-conjugated pad; a step of moving the serum sample to a test line and a control line; a step of observing color change; and a step of diagnosing the presence of Streptococcus mutans.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing Cr-chelating agent is provided to reduce production cost and to enhance feed use efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A metal chelating agent contains defatted soybean meal hydrolysate as an active ingredient. The hydrolysate is prepared by hydrolyzing defatted soybean meal powder using protease. The hydrolysis is performed at pH 7.5-9.0 and 45-55 °C. A Cr-chelate compound contains the metal chelating agent and chromium. A method for preparing the Cr-chelate compound comprises coordinate covalent bond of the chromium(III) chloride as reactant and the hydrolyste as a metal chelating agent. A feed additive composition contains the Cr-chelate compound as an active ingredient.
