Abstract: PURPOSE: A lignan enriched Shisandra chinensis extract, a producing method thereof, and Shisandra chinensis liquid containing thereof are provided to prevent the decrease of functionality of the extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a lignan enriched Shisandra chinensis extract comprises the following steps: extracting Shisandra chinensis using 50-95% ethanol at 40-90 deg. C; and removing polysaccharide and protein from the Shisandra chinensis extract using the adsorption chromatography through a high porous adsorption ion resin. The Shisandra chinensis is Shisandra chinensis processing byproducts obtained by extracting the Shisandra chinensis with water fat 60-80 deg. C for 4-8 hours.
